Privacy, Terms, and Support

Overview

These policies explain how the TikTok Slideshow Downloader Chrome extension (“the Extension”) handles information, payments, support, and refunds. The Extension downloads images from a TikTok photo post that the user chooses and creates one ZIP locally in the browser.

The Extension does not collect TikTok passwords, cookies, private messages, or unrelated browsing history. It does not sell personal information or use information for advertising.

Privacy

• TikTok page and image data. The Extension reads the current TikTok photo post and fetches the selected slideshow images directly from TikTok content-delivery hosts. Post identifiers, image URLs, and image bytes are processed in the browser and are not sent to our membership service.
• Local usage. Chrome local storage keeps the local calendar date and number of successful downloads for that day. This information is not sent to us.
• Membership. The Extension creates a random identifier beginning with tsd_. Chrome local storage keeps that identifier and the latest membership response, including the billing-period end date and transaction identifier. The random identifier is sent to the membership service for checkout and entitlement checks.
• Restore Purchase. If the user chooses Restore Purchase, the entered checkout email is sent over HTTPS to the membership service and Paddle to find a matching purchase for this Extension. The Extension does not save that email locally.
• Network and security. Cloudflare processes IP addresses and ordinary request metadata to deliver and protect the membership service. Restore Purchase uses the IP address for short-term abuse prevention.

Payments

The Extension includes three successful downloads per local day at no charge. Optional Pro subscriptions provide unlimited downloads and are offered at US$4.99 per month or US$14.99 per year before applicable taxes. The selected subscription renews until canceled according to the terms shown at checkout.

Paddle provides checkout and may process contact, billing, payment, tax, and transaction information under Paddle’s privacy policy. The Extension and our membership service do not receive or store complete card details.

Refunds and Cancellation

For payment help, cancellation, or a refund request, email adam@heyis.me from the address used at Paddle Checkout. Requests are handled in accordance with applicable law and Paddle’s buyer terms. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not normally end access before the current paid period expires.

Terms of Use

• Use the Extension only for content you are authorized to access and download.
• The Extension does not bypass private posts, access controls, or platform restrictions.
• TikTok page availability and image delivery may change without notice.
• Paid access applies only to this Extension and its verified product membership.
• The service is provided as available and may be updated for compatibility, security, or policy compliance.
